Learn to meditate


I have had a regular meditation practice for a few years now and believe this to be truly a transformational process. It has become more of an essential daily practice than my physical yoga practice in some ways. Traditional yoga texts regarded a physical 'hatha' yoga practice as being the means to prepare the body to be able to sit in seated meditation, so it makes sense that yoga would lead me to explore meditation more one day. Exploring meditation has shown me that there are many layers to it. Firstly, meditation serves as a tool to relieve stress and create space in my day to calm the 'mind-chatter', becoming part of an essential healthy routine for mental health. Furthermore, meditation has helped me learn more about myself. Through the practice, revelations show me what my soul is telling me; an inner guide showing me the way.

I have been exploring meditation more intensively over the last 18 months with my teachers Elisa and David Harrison, and will soon be training with them to teach this sacred form of meditation. I would love to share this practice of meditation with others. More details to come soon on where and when I will be running the course.
